The Maritime Union says there is a crisis in accountability with Auckland assets such as Ports of Auckland.
The release of an internal email today shows that ACIL is confused about their role in the Port of Auckland dispute, says the Maritime Union.
The Maritime Union says ACIL, the sole shareholder of the Ports of Auckland Limited (POAL), must shine a spotlight on the role played by port management and POAL Board of Directors in the current industrial dispute.
The Maritime Union of New Zealand (MUNZ) says productivity bonuses paid to Ports of Auckland workers who are members of MUNZ are a “positive sign.”
The Maritime Union says Ports of Auckland must be held accountable for the significant disruption they are imposing on Auckland.
