If there is one thing that gives me most satisfaction from my involvement in the SRF, it is the enhancement of members' personal wellbeing, both during their working years and more particularly in their retirement years. The SRF has had a huge positive impact on seafarers over the last 30 years. It has enabled them to store wealth during their working lives for their retirement.
